Lead Paint Removal from Internal Walls and Chimney (3 Days)
Completed a detailed lead paint removal project at a residential property in Fairfield, Victoria.
Scope included:
• Mechanical and chemical removal of hazardous lead-based paint from four internal brick and rendered walls
• Stripping and surface preparation of the internal chimney face
• All waste managed and disposed of in accordance with EPA Victoria guidelines for lead-contaminated materials
• Works completed under strict dust control, PPE, and decontamination procedures to ensure safety of occupants and workers
