Asbestos Soil removal and Remediation
- Excavate and remediate the front yard area measuring approximately 15 metres by 30 metres
- Remove contaminated soil to a depth of 350 millimetres
- All remediated soil will be loaded and disposed of at an EPA-licensed facility
- Once the area is cleared, backfill with certified clean fill supplied and compacted in layers
- A final visual inspection and “chicken pick” will be conducted to ensure no residual contamination remains
